Cancellation Policy

Group bookings, kids’ parties, and bouldering introductions:

Upon making a booking we will require a deposit which will be for the cost of the instructors only; if any cancellation or movement of the booking takes place before 7 days prior to the session then no cancellation fee is charged and a full refund is given.

You will be charged 100% of the deposit payment if the cancellation is not received 7 days in advance.

Kids’ Club:

Refunds for our Kids clubs will not be given after the first date of the block booking has commenced.
