What you need to know:

• In order for your DD to be set up in time, we need to have your details by the 20th of the month.
• Payments will be taken on the 1st of each month
• It’s unlimited climbing
• We have passes for all, whether it’s just you or the full family

Future price changes

We reserve the right to change our membership pricing and introduce cancellation charges at a future date, but we will always let you know before we do so with enough notice for you to cancel your membership without additional charges.

Cancelling your membership

• You can cancel your membership at any point, give us a call, an email or come and tell us
• Any failed payments will be attempted again throughout the next couple of weeks
• Failed payments will mean your DD is removed from our database, if this has happened and you think it is an error, just come have a chat
• We cannot issue refunds on membership fees not cancelled.
• We will send you an email reminder every month
